Visakan Charitable Trust was formed in the name of our Founder Mr. M. Visakan B.E., M.B.A — a visionary who dreamed of an educational institution that would equip students to be the leaders of tomorrow and to face the challenges of this changing global community.
The management is doing yeomen service to society for the past 25 years by running educational institutions, hospitals and other corporate sectors. The main objective of this school is to provide all-round, quality education in the CBSE curriculum to children in and around Madurai.

Mrs. Baghirathy Manoharan serves as the Correspondent of Visakan School, providing dedicated leadership and operational oversight to ensure the school's vision is realised every day.
Beyond the school, she contributes to the community through Vijay Gas, India Lubricants and the M. Visakan Public Welfare Maternity Hospital at Kovilpatti — demonstrating the management's unwavering commitment to the welfare of society.
Mr. M. Manoharan
Mr. M. Manoharan leads the Visakan School as Chairman, steering the institution's strategic direction with a passion for quality education and community development that has defined his career for over 25 years.
His diverse contributions span the Sri Visakan Charitable Trust, Indian Oil Dealership in Kovilpatti, India Match Factory in Kovilpatti, India Lubricants in Madurai, Visakan Thirumana Mandapam and Sri Visakan Complex in Madurai — making him one of Madurai's most respected community leaders.
