How to Apply

Simple 4-Step Admission Process

Joining the Visakan family is simple, transparent and stress-free. Follow these steps to secure your child's place.

Get the Prospectus

Collect the prospectus and application form from the school office on payment of the prescribed fee.

Prepare Documents

Gather the required documents — birth certificate, community certificate, TC and recent passport photos.

Submit Application

Submit the completed application form with all documents to the school office or apply online below.

Pay Fees & Enrol

Pay the term fees on schedule and complete enrolment formalities. Your child is now a Visakan student!

Admission Procedure

The prospectus and application form for admission can be obtained on payment from the school office:

LKG to Class IX ₹ 300

Class XI ₹ 500

Payment is to be made in cash at the school office. You may also fill and submit the online application form below.

Documents Required

The following documents must be submitted along with the completed application form:

Recent passport size photograph affixed in the application form

Attested photocopy of Birth Certificate

Attested photocopy of Community Certificate

Original Transfer Certificate and Progress Card from previous school

Eligibility

Age Criteria

Age is calculated as of 1st May of the academic year. Children must meet the minimum age requirement for each class.

Pre Kindergarten

2½ years and above

Child must be at least 2 years 6 months as on 1st May

LKG

Lower Kindergarten

3½ years and above

Child must be at least 3 years 6 months as on 1st May

UKG

Upper Kindergarten

4½ years and above

Child must be at least 4 years 6 months as on 1st May

Fee Schedule

Term-wise Payment Dates

To avoid late fees, please ensure all term payments are made on or before the due dates below.

School Guidelines

Rules to be Followed by Students

Our school rules are designed to create a safe, disciplined and focused learning environment for every child.

Students are expected to be punctual and disciplined at all times.

No student is permitted to leave the school premises during working hours except with the permission of the Principal and accompanied by a parent.

All students must come in proper and neat uniform every day, except on birthdays.

A minimum of 85% attendance is compulsory in each academic term.

Mobile phones and electronic devices are strictly prohibited on school premises.

Bringing irrelevant articles and chewing gum is strictly prohibited in school premises.
